Supreme Council President Mr. Ebubekir Şahin hosted the delegation led by Mr. Komil Allamjonov, Head of Information Policy Department of the Presidency of Uzbekistan.

At the invitation of Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Directorate of Communications, the delegation consisted of eighteen media and information officials were led by the Head of Information Policy Department of the Presidency of Uzbekistan Mr. Komil Allamjonov,  whom he was accompanied by Mr. Sherzod Asadov, Press Spokesperson of the Presidency of Uzbekistan, Head of the Public Opinion Research and Analysis Sector of the Information Policy Department Gulrukhsor Khatamova, Head of the Press Service Information Supply and Media Relations Sector Farrukh Omonov, Chief Advisor of the Public Opinion Research and Analysis Sector Lolakhon Jabbarova, Chief Advisor of the Information and Communication Technologies and Public Projects Sector Aziz Azimov, Press Service Information Chief Advisor of the Supply and Media Relations Department Rustam Kholmuradov, Head of  Information and Mass Media Agency Mass Media Center Akbar Rizaev, and executives of Uzbekistan's state and private sector press organizations.

Support for TBRAF is expected.

As the guests of the Directorate of Communications, The Delegation of Media and Information have visited various institutions in Türkiye. Radio and Television Supreme Council President Ebubekir Şahin expressed his appreciation in regards to their visit and gave information relative to the operation principles of the Supreme Council.

While answering the questions of the delegation members, Mr. Şahin stated that the institution was open to experience share, and he requested Uzbekistan’s support on the Turkic States Broadcasting Authorities Forum (TBRAF), whose establishment negotiations has still been in progress.

“We are experiencing the reflections of our presidents' close ties”

Speaking on behalf of the Uzbek delegation, Mr.Komil Allamjonov stated that the visit was a reflection of the close ties between the Presidents of the two countries and he thanked RTÜK President Mr.Şahin for his cordial welcome.

Mr. Allamjonov invited RTÜK President Mr.Şahin to Uzbekistan and he noted that they would like to benefit from Turkey's experience in the media field.

Appreciating the kind invitation, Mr. Şahin added that the visit could be possible next year in April. 

The visit of the Uzbekistan delegation ended with the examination of SKAAS system that was followed by the presentation of the RTÜK studies.
