Fatma ÇELİKER, Member

Born in Istanbul in 1974, Fatma Çeliker completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara, and her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Economics at Anadolu University in Eskişehir.
She started her public service career in 1997 at the Ministry of Justice and continued at the Radio and Television Supreme Council from 2000 onwards. For over twenty-five years, she has worked at RTÜK in the positions of chief, expert, deputy head of department, and head of department in the Office of the President, the Head of Human Resources and Training Department, the Head of Strategy Development Department, and the Head of Public Opinion, Broadcast Research, and Measurement Department.
In 2018, she became the deputy head of department of Strategy Development, and she was appointed as the head of the department to the same department in 2019. She has worked as the Head of Public Opinion, Broadcast Research, and Measurement Department since 2024.
Most recently, she was elected to the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) as a member following the election held by the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye on November 12, 2025.
She is married and a mother of two children.
