Department Introduction
The Press and Public Relations Consultancy was established as a department reporting directly to the President of the Supreme Council in order to fulfill the duties specified in Article 14, titled “Press and Public Relations Consultancy,” of Law No. 6112 on the Establishment of Radio and Television Enterprises and Their Media Services, and the Regulation on the Organization, Duties, Powers, and Liabilities of the Radio and Television Supreme Council. Among the core duties of the Press and Public Relations Consultancy are planning internal and external press and public relations activities; enhancing the communication skills of the Supreme Council; ensuring the implementation of communication strategies determined in line with institutional objectives and policies; informing the public on matters related to the Supreme Council’s field of activity; monitoring the written and visual press and preparing the necessary documentation; planning relations with press and broadcasting organizations; and conducting broadcasting activities to promote projects and activities carried out by the Supreme Council to the public.
