Department Introduction
The Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible for preparing the budget of the Supreme Council and submitting it to the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye; collecting the revenues of the Supreme Council as defined in Law No. 6112; following up and collecting administrative fines imposed by the Supreme Council on media service providers on behalf of the Ministry of Finance; and transferring all collected amounts to the Ministry of Finance within the periods specified in the Law.
It is also responsible for conducting tenders for the procurement of various goods and services (such as personnel transportation, office and cleaning services of the Supreme Council, canteen services, security services, etc.) in order to ensure the provision of other services required by the Supreme Council.
Furthermore, the Department fulfils the requirements set out in the relevant regulations regarding the technical monitoring and operational conditions of the heating, ventilation and cooling systems of the Supreme Council’s service building, as well as the maintenance and repair of elevators.
